Course Design
This is a 16-hour course, divided into:
A) Twelve hours facilitated workshop, in four sessions of 3 hours each, with 2-7 days in between
B) Four hours of home assignments for the participants, including a final reflective essay.

Participants receive a SMP Action Lab Diploma.
