21st Century, post Covid Leadership requires a different mindset. Presenting leadership as a list of carefully defined qualities (like strategic, analytical, performance-oriented and bottom-line focus) no longer holds.Leadership is an inside game that starts with self-reflection and awareness, strong values, and a sustainable and equitable mindset. The SMP Action Lab gave me the context and tools to consult and coach senior leaders on their people, profit/purpose, and planet strategies.
The program has allowed me to deepen this inspiring framework that links to conscious leadership. To be a leader starts with oneself, each individual understanding what I think, how do I act, what motivates me. This has been a self-discovery workshop, well designed to grow as conscious leaders and be the change we want to see in the world. In my work as a coach I have found that the 12 Sustainability Mindset Principles are coming alive in corporate leaders, becoming increasingly who they are in head, heart and hands. This impacts their actions!

The Mindful Finance Institute

The Sustainability Mindset Indicator (SMI) is a great contribution towards developing an urgently needed sustainability mindset.
It supports individuals, teams and organizations alike in identifying areas for development. Facilitators and coaches can use it to fine-tune their offering to actual needs.
Individuals will find the in-depth personalized reports invaluable for the insight-furthering hints and questions capable of triggering a true mindshift.
We successfully introduced the SMI in our Sustainability in Finance MindShift program to 25 professionals from banking and money management in summer 2021 and will continue using it.Congratulations! And “Thank you.”

University of Winchester

The SMI has been transformational to my teaching and learning practices and fits perfectly with the University of Winchester’s focus on embedding education for sustainable development into the formal and informal curriculum.

I am so grateful for having discovered it!"
