Sustainability Mindset for Coaches is designed for coaches, facilitators, and talent development professionals to equip them with tools and frameworks to:
- Help your clients explore their unsustainable thinking patterns
- Find alternative perspectives to address the complex challenges of the 21st century
- Unleash creative solutions

Course Design
The Sustainability Mindset for Coaches Program is designed as a synchronous online program. It includes readings, experiential learning, project work, social learning, individual reflection, learning partners, and a blended learning technology using a state-of-the-art learning platform.
8 virtual sessions of 2.5 hours plus 1 session of 3 hours
Bi-weekly (Total 23 hours) + Self-directed learning time (20 hours)
Participants will receive:
- Sustainability Mindset Indicator (SMI) assessment with Personal Report (value $300)
- Four SMI licenses to be used in practice with clients (value $1200)
- Templates and Worksheets
- Access to a SM Coaches Networking Platform
- Certificate and badge issued by SMIndicator LLC

Next cohort starts October 7th. This course comprises 9 sessions every other week on Wednesdays. The course dates are:
October 7, Oct 21, Nov 4, Nov 18, December 2, Dec 16, then continue January 6, Jan 20, Feb 3.
