New Cohort: Sustainability Mindset Principles Action Lab 2027
Registration is open for our January 2027 cohort!
How can educators and coaches help people develop the mindsets needed to address today’s environmental and social challenges?
The Sustainability Mindset Principles Action Lab is a hands-on online training designed to help educators and coaches integrate the Sustainability Mindset Principles into their teaching, coaching, and professional practice.
Through five interactive sessions, participants alternate between learning, practical exercises, peer exchange, and reflection. You will explore the 12 Sustainability Mindset components, strengthen your awareness of the thinking patterns and mental models that shape your decisions, and discover strategies to foster a sustainability mindset in yourself and the people you work with.
What’s new? The Action Lab now includes a fifth session featuring real Sustainability Mindset Indicator (SMI) data. Participants will take the SMI themselves, interpret their individual results alongside their cohort’s Instructor Report, and learn how to use the SMI Resource Workbooks to plan meaningful responses.
Course format: Online, 20 hours total (15 hours of facilitated workshops and 5 hours of independent assignments)
Facilitators: Dr. Isabel Rimanoczy and Dr. MaryGrace Neville
Registration: USD 450 per participant. Early-bird rate: USD 390 for registrations before November 15, 2026.
Participants receive a Sustainability Mindset Principles Action Lab Diploma.
